3. Course Access: Upon successful enrolment and payment, Australian English Language Academy will provide you with access to the course materials, resources, and online learning platforms as applicable.

4. Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to textbooks, handouts, videos, and online content, are the intellectual property of English Academy or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any course materials without prior written consent from the Academy.

5. Code of Conduct: While participating in the Academy courses, you are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a respectful and inclusive learning environment. Australian English Language Academy reserves the right to terminate your enrolment if you engage in any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.

6. Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or confidential information shared by fellow learners, instructors, or English Academy staff during the course.

7. Limitation of Liability: Australian English Language Academy will make reasonable efforts to deliver high-quality courses and services. However, English Academy will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the courses.

8. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Australian English Language Academy is located.
